Drug Delivery Resulting in Death Arrest

On May 2, 2022, District Judge Gail Greth authorized an arrest warrant for Yoli Eisenhardt charging her with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and numerous other charges including felony drug charges.

Yoli Eisenhardt (24 years of age)

CHARGES:
DETAILS OF INCIDENT:
On November 4, 2021, at 10:38 a.m., Officers from the Kutztown Police Department were detailed to 136 Stimmel Alley, Kutztown, relative to an unresponsive female. Officers determined that the female was deceased. A search of the descendant’s belongings and residence revealed evidence of illegal drug use (fentanyl) and paraphernalia.
Shortly thereafter, Kutztown Police Department teamed up with Berks County District Attorney Detectives and launched an investigation. Detectives utilized various law enforcement techniques and identified Yoli Eisenhardt as the source of supply of the illegal opioids (fentanyl), which led to the descendant’s tragic death. In conjunction with the investigation, Pathologist Neil Hoffman performed an autopsy on the decedent and listed the cause of death as Acute Toxicity by Fentanyl.
On May 2, 2022, District Judge Gail Greth authorized an arrest warrant for Yoli Eisenhardt charging her with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and numerous other charges including felony drug charges. Subsequently, Detectives and Officers travelled to Eisenhardt’s residence and placed her into custody and transported to the Berks County Sheriff’s Department Central Processing Center where she was arraigned by the on-duty District Judge. Bail was set at $100,000 and she was committed to Berks County Jail.
As in every criminal case, the fact that an arrest occurred or a complaint has been filed is merely an accusation, and the defendant, Yoli Eisenhardt, is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
