Voter Registration

If you wish to register to vote or make a change to your existing voter record, please complete a Voter Registration Form and mail or deliver to our office.  To apply online, visit www.vote.pa.gov and submit your voter registration form electronically.  The deadline to register or make changes is 15 days before an election. 

A combination form is also available for voters wishing to register to vote and apply for a Mail-in ballot at the same time.  The Voter Registration & Mail-In Ballot application is found below. 

If you wish to cancel your voter registration, complete the Form to Cancel Voter Registration and mail or deliver to our office. This form cannot be submitted electronically. 

Absentee/Mail-In Ballot

Use the forms below to apply for an Absentee or Mail-In Ballot.  To apply online, visit www.vote.pa.gov and submit your Absentee or Mail-In Ballot application electronically.  The deadline to apply for an Absentee or Mail-In Ballot is by 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday before an election.  

If you wish to cancel your ballot status, complete the Request to Cancel Ballot Status form and mail or deliver to our office.  This request cannot be submitted electronically.
