Applying for an Absentee Ballot

The voter registration and absentee ballot request for voters that are on active duty or residing outside the country is the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).  Click on the form link below to complete the application.  For questions regarding this form, consult your Voting Assistance Officer or the Voting Assistance Guide available at About Absentee Voting (www.fvap.gov).

Returning your voted Absentee Ballot

All voted Military or Overseas Absentee ballots must be mailed back, along with the completed voter's declaration, postmarked no later than 11:59 PM on the day before the election (May 15, 2023) and must be received by the Berks County Board of Elections no later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
