Total Visibility Accountability & Resource Management

The Total Visibility Resource Management System provides an efficient method of collecting, cataloging, and querying resources that may be needed during a disaster or other emergency.  With Total Visibility, personnel have a secure, centralized system where key resources are categorized and accessed to support an emergency response.  Total Visibility gives personnel the ability to tag resources with multiple attributes, and provides powerful searching to quickly locate sources.  The system also enables personnel to maintain and print personnel and equipment identification cards.

The following documents are used to collect and enter data into the Total Visibility application.  Please review the following information before using the application.

Admin/Manager Designation Form - This form must be utilized by an organization to designate its initial administrator and manager.  Once the initial administrator is established, he/she can then add additional managers for the organization.  It is critical that if an administrator leaves an organization, or is no longer assigned the role, that this information is communicated to the County as soon as practical so that their privileges can be revoked.  Organizations wishing to revoke the privileges of a manager can have their administrator do so without involvement from the County.

Municipal EMC Admin/Manager Designation Form (manual submission) - This form should be used for municipal EMAs only.  All other organizations should utilize the form titled "Admin/Manager Designation Form".

TV Personnel Info Record - This document allows an organization to easily collect most information needed to establish a personnel record.  It is not mandated that this form be used.  Organizations can collect this information in any format they desire.  This document is provided for your convenience only.
